Buckley Air Force Base is a United States Air Force base in Aurora, Colorado, established in 1943. The base was named in honor of WWI aviator 1st Lt John Harold Buckley. The host wing is the 460th Space Wing, a unit of the Air Force Space Command. Buckley Air Force Base is home to more than 10,000 men and women who proudly guard our nation’s high frontier by delivering global infrared surveillance, tracking, and missile warning for theater and homeland defense and provide combatant commanders with expeditionary warrior Airmen. Buckley is home to more than 77 other units representing every branch of service and components. Zaxon provided cost estimating services utilizing MCACES for ARPC Administrative and ANG CPS Facility including three parking lots, sidewalks and service yard. Total cost is $36 Million.
